Over 15 years ago, our Founder and CEO Laura Bacchus noticed that, as a Real Estate
Agent, her investment property Buyers needed extra service and support after the sale
and very often, needed significant guidance with regard to finding qualified new tenants
who would pay rent and take care of their property as well as how to respond to certain
existing tenant requests, lease disputes and maintenance issues.
Laura decided to launch a firm that specializes in helping property Owners lease,
manage, and maintain the overall condition of their properties, enabling them to realize
positive long term financial returns on their hard earned investments.
From optimal tenant selection, standard and emergency maintenance laws and best
practices, to navigating very difficult and potentially litigious tenant dispute issues, Laura
is able to expertly advise and advocate on behalf of each Owner to achieve the most
advantageous solution for each specific situation.
The end result is a more confident and financially stable Owner and much happier
Tenants who stay, pay rent on time and take care of the property. Tenants also prefer to

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia. With an M.B.A. in Business, Laura solves problems for a living.

Laura is highly skilled at Marketing and Promoting the properties she represents; positioning them
